Buy the Sawyer Squeeze if you want a compact filter kit with reusable pouches and more than one way to drink or transfer water.

Sawyer Squeeze: How the Filter Fits Into an Outdoor Water Setup
Compact filter, flexible kit
At two ounces and palm-sized, the filter itself is easy to pack. The kit adds two collapsible pouches, a straw, adapters and a mesh bag, so the complete setup offers flexibility at the cost of carrying several pieces.
Three ways to handle water
The removable cap supports drinking directly through the filter or routing water from a pouch into a bottle.
Adapters connect it to a hydration pack, and gravity use gives the system another option when squeezing is not the preferred arrangement.
Filtration claims and practical planning
The 0.1-micron absolute filter is intended to remove bacteria, protozoa, cysts, sediment and microplastics.
That scope makes it relevant for outdoor water treatment, while the lightweight design and included accessories make it a self-contained option for hikers who want several carrying methods.
